The driver must meet the following requirements:
• Be at least 30 years old.
• Hold a valid Class B or international driver’s license.
• Inform in advance if there will be more than one driver and pay an additional fee of CLP $100,000 for each one.

The Lessee is required to keep the vehicle in good condition and return it in a state similar to how it was received, considering normal use and wear over time. In this regard, the Lessee must:

1. Perform regular maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommendations (oil changes, brake checks, water level, tire pressure, alignment, etc.).

2. Use the vehicle properly, without overloading or using it for purposes other than those agreed upon.

3. Repair damages caused by negligent use, including dents, scratches, or mechanical failures due to reckless driving.

4. Keep the vehicle clean and free from items that could damage the interior or exterior.

5. Comply with traffic laws and avoid fines or penalties.

6. Report any damage or malfunction within 12 hours of its occurrence.

7. Contact the Lessor as a priority in case of unforeseen events or emergencies before making any decisions regarding the vehicle.

Failure to comply with these obligations will entitle the Lessor to demand repairs, compensation for damages, or early termination of the contract.

The vehicle is covered by total loss insurance. The Lessee is responsible for the costs of damages that exceed the deposit provided.

The Lessee is strictly prohibited from:

1. Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.

2. Driving under the influence of alcohol, while intoxicated, or under the effects of illegal drugs.

3. Driving without a valid driver's license and required legal documents.

4. Driving on roads that are unfit, in poor condition, or pose a risk to the vehicle.

5. Taking the vehicle out of the country without the Lessor’s authorization.

6. Transporting more passengers than stated in the contract.

7. Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to third parties.

8. Using the vehicle for purposes other than those stated in the contract.

9. Committing traffic violations that result in fines or penalties.

10. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

11. Traveling in the cabin.

12. Failing to carry a valid driver’s license and other documents required by traffic regulations.

13. Smoking inside the vehicle or lighting fires in unauthorized areas.

14. Driving on roads in visibly poor condition that may affect normal vehicle operation.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in early termination of the contract and the application of penalties, including compensation for damages resulting from non-compliance.

1. Reservations are confirmed upon availability and payment according to the quote sent by email.

2. Once the reservation is made, refunds will only be given if cancellation occurs at least 20 days in advance. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3. If the trip is canceled, no refunds will be provided for any payments made.

1. Vehicle delivery will take place in Santiago at a time agreed upon by both parties. If pick-up or drop-off is requested at another location, an additional fee will apply.

2. A joint inspection will be conducted upon both delivery and return of the vehicle to verify its condition.

3. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel, water, and in the same condition it was received, with no waste or debris.

4. In the event of a late return without prior authorization, a proportional fee will be charged based on the delay, with a minimum charge of CLP $30,000 per additional day.
